We're now building a premium athleisure and lifestyle brand alongside one of India's leading fashion designers, bringing together fashion, art, wellness, and storytelling.

We're looking for someone who can think creatively, research obsessively, sketch beautifully, and execute fearlessly.

This is a rare Fashion Design × Founder’s Office role. You'll work directly with the founder, contribute to real design and product decisions, and get an inside look at everything that happens behind the scenes of building a brand.

What You'll Actually Do

01. Create, Sketch & Design

- Develop original fashion illustrations, hand sketches, and watercolour concepts.
- Build moodboards, explore silhouettes, and translate creative references into design ideas.
- Contribute to apparel development, design iterations, and product sampling.
- Hand sketching and watercolour skills are mandatory.

02. Research Like a Designer

- Explore fabrics, garment construction, global brands, emerging trends, and unconventional design references.
- Research manufacturers, materials, competitors, and new product opportunities.
- Turn research into actionable insights that influence real business and design decisions.

03. Get Inside the Founder’s Office

- Work directly with the founder on high-priority projects across the business.




- Participate in hiring, candidate research, coordination, and team-building tasks.
- Help solve problems spanning product development, operations, marketing, and business strategy.
- Take ownership of projects that don't fit neatly into a conventional .

Who Should Apply?
- Someone with strong hand sketching and watercolour skills. (Mandatory)
- Students or graduates in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
- Someone curious about how clothing goes from an idea to a finished product.
- A proactive researcher who notices details, asks questions, and finds solutions.
- Someone comfortable switching between creative work and business execution.
- A portfolio showcasing sketches and watercolour work. (Mandatory)
