We're hiring: Export Sales Manager (Organic Foods) - Wadala, Mumbai

· Location: Wadala East (RTO), Mumbai - work from office + field

· Compensation: Rs. 60,000 - 80,000/month fixed + variable on export orders closed

· Experience: Minimum 2 years in grocery / food export sales (organic preferred)

· Markets: Middle East, US, UK / EU

About Earthen Story

Earthen Story is an Indian organic food brand with a range of 38 products, including honey, oils, flours and staples, backed by independent lab testing. We are now building our export business and need someone to open and grow overseas buyers.

What you will do

· Identify and approach importers, distributors, retailers and private-label buyers in the Middle East, US and UK / EU

· Own the full export sales cycle: outreach, samples, quotes, negotiation and order closure

· Prepare pricing, price lists and quotations with the right Incoterms and payment terms

· Coordinate with our operations team and freight forwarders on documentation, packaging, labelling and shipment





· Handle buyer compliance and certification requirements for each market (organic, FSSAI, APEDA, phytosanitary, etc.)

· Do regular field work: buyer and forwarder meetings, sample dispatch, and trade events where needed

· Track the pipeline, follow-ups and market feedback, and report weekly

Who you are

· 2+ years of hands-on export sales in grocery / food products. Organic or natural foods is a solid plus

· Familiar with export documentation and processes (IEC, invoices, packing lists, certificate of origin, LC / advance payment terms)

· Understand organic certifications (NPOP, USDA NOP, EU Organic) and what buyers ask for

· Existing buyer or importer contacts in at least one of our target regions are a plus

· Polished written and spoken English, with confidence on calls with international buyers

· Self-driven and comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups and long sales cycles
