Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Export Documentation - CHA and Forwarding professional. The role involves preparing and reviewing export documentation, including shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, and compliance-related forms, in line with customs and regulatory requirements. The candidate will coordinate with customers, carriers, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely clearance, shipment bookings, and accurate filing of documents.





Daily responsibilities include tracking shipments, resolving documentation or clearance issues, maintaining records, and supporting import-export operations as needed. The role also requires proactive communication with clients to provide status updates, address queries, and deliver service aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Export Documentation and Import Export procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Knowledge of export processes, customs regulations, and CHA and forwarding operations.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related supply chain roles is preferred.
- Ability to work accurately under time-sensitive conditions and manage multiple shipments.
- Proficiency with MS Office and relevant logistics documentation or ERP systems.
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field.
