- Closure of civil maintenance complaints and identified infrastructure issues within agreed timelines.
- Adherence to approved scope, BOQ, budget, drawings and technical specifications.
- Compliance with statutory requirements and APL quality and EHS systems, with no major safety or quality deviations.
- Right-first-time execution with minimum rework and timely closure of quality observations.
- Accuracy of quantity estimates, joint measurements, executed-quantity verification and contractor bill-support documentation.
