Job Title: Executive - Product Design ( OHT )

Purpose of the Job: Responsible To carry out product design & development activities of OHT category.

Major Responsibilities

- Assist Product design and development in OHT category (Cavity, Tread pattern & Layout preparation) and validation through Simulation group.




- Prepare design input requirements based on customer voice and design benchmarking analysis Use design software to develop models and drawings of recent products.

- Conceptualize and prepare design proposals.
- Prepare of detail manufacturing drawings.
- Prepare of input for Mould design.
- Prepare of design documents for OHT.
- Coordinate with Product team and test centre for design validation.
- CFT visit for Product performance study in field for specific defect analysis.
- Preparation of physical test reports & analysis.
- Parametric technique development for tread pattern, layout and cavity of OHT category.

Skills

Software skills and hands-on experience in;

a) CATIA / NX b) AutoCad

Relevant Experience

2 to 3 years experience in Tire design experience

Education Qualification(s): Graduate engineer in Mechanical or Automobile
