The Executive will oversee the CLM Domestic Diversified | Inbound department, shaping business strategy, managing key client accounts, and ensuring seamless delivery of services. Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic plans for the CLM Domestic Diversified Inbound segment.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring service quality and efficiency.
- Lead a cross‑functional team, providing coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the department.

Qualifications
