Job Title: Executive - Automation

Location: Chennai Office

Reports to (Position): Manager

Department/Function: Engineering (Automation)

Purpose of the Job: Responsible for ensuring availability of GT & Curing Tyre Handling Automation system (THA), complying to safe work setting with skilled team and optimum cost.

Major Responsibilities

- Troubleshooting & Capturing of electrical /electronic breakdowns in Maintwiz




- To take up CLIT activities as per schedule in shifts
- Support lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), permit-to work (PTW), and energy isolation procedures
- Ensure 5s in individual zones
- Participation in improvement activities like Kaizen, QCC and innovation programs

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)

- Preventive maintenance – Electrical /Electronics
- Programming & Troubleshooting of PLCs / VFDs
- Using the HMI program for Troubleshooting
- Basic maintenance of Conveyors & Robots Skills

Relevant Experience: 1 - 3 Years
