Title - Events & City Operations Associate

About Us - Chordz is an early stage startup, we are a music based social networking / discovery platform that turns shared music taste into real offline communities and circles for people, especially for GenZ.

Key Responsibilities

- Discover and curate events relevant to the Chordz community
- Manage and maintain Chordz's event listings
- Support and help manage Chordz Circles
- Research and map local communities across city
- Coordinate directly with event organizers
- Build relationships with cafés, venues, and local partners
- Run outreach across colleges and community groups
- Identify local partnership opportunities
- Assist with offline Chordz activations
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date city and event information





What We're Looking For

- Approximately 0–3 years of relevant experience; strong freshers with exceptional community exposure will also be considered.
- Social, proactive, and organized, with genuine ease approaching people and building relationships.
- Solid understanding of city's youth and social ecosystem • Existing local network is a significant advantage.
- Genuine interest in events, cafés, music, fitness, college culture, creators, and community life.
