We are currently expanding our Environmental Clearance (EC) division and looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Environmental Clearance to join our team in Pune.

Job Purpose:

The Junior Executive – Environmental Clearance will support the Environmental Clearance team by managing documentation, preparing applications, coordinating submissions, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The role involves assisting in the end-to-end Environmental Clearance (EC) process, including regulatory documentation, scrutiny responses, and post-clearance compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- EIA & EC Documentation: Support Environmental Impact Assessment (EC, EIA, SEAC & SEIAA) processes for multiple integrated township, IT commercial, residential, and manufacturing industrial shed projects for MoEFCC clearance.
- PARIVESH Portal Management: Fill out EC application forms, and prepare/submit all required documents on the PARIVESH portal.
- Meeting & Presentation Preparation: Draft EC and EIA presentations for SEAC/SEIAA meetings along with mandatory agenda documents (e.g.,



Environmental Management Plan, Disaster Management Plan, Debris Management Plan, Environmental Status Report, Damage Assessment, Traffic Impact Assessment, and Carbon Footprint Reports).
- Technical Calculations & Writing: Handle EIA report writing as per TOR, along with water balance, solid waste, vehicle evacuation time, traffic study calculations, and electrical load calculations via Excel.
- Post-EC Compliance: Conduct site visits and manage post-EC compliance reporting, including half-yearly compliance reports, PARIVESH submissions, and Certified Compliance Reports.
- Internal Coordination & Training: Coordinate seamlessly with clients, internal project teams, and assist in providing orientation and training to interns and new joiners.

Required Qualifications & Education:

- M.Sc. in Environmental Science / Environmental Management (or equivalent).
- B.E. / B.Tech in Environmental Engineering.

Experience Required:

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Environmental Clearance, environmental consulting, or regulatory compliance.

Key Technical Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of the EC process, EIA Notification 2006 (and subsequent amendments), and regulatory authorities (MoEFCC, SEIAA, SEAC, CPCB, SPCB).
- Experience in preparing scrutiny replies, compliance reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for documentation, data analysis, and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
