Role Description The EPC Solar Civil Head is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading civil engineering and construction activities for solar EPC projects. This role oversees site assessment, layout design, and structural works for foundations, mounting structures, roads, drainage, and associated civil infrastructure. Daily responsibilities include planning and monitoring project timelines, coordinating with design, procurement, and site execution teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The EPC Solar Civil Head manages contractors and site personnel, resolves technical and operational issues, and optimizes resource utilization to meet cost and schedule targets. The role also involves regular reporting to senior management, risk mitigation,



and supporting continuous improvement across civil engineering and construction processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret project data, assess risks, and make timely, evidence-based decisions.
- Business Planning capabilities to contribute to project budgeting, resource planning, and overall EPC execution strategy.
- Knowledge of Energy Management principles, including efficient use of resources and alignment with project performance targets.
- Experience in Renewable Energy projects, preferably utility-scale solar, with familiarity in industry standards and best practices.
- Understanding of the broader Energy Industry, including grid connectivity, transmission infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
- Proven experience leading civil works for large EPC or infrastructure projects, including contractor management and on-site coordination.
- Proficiency in relevant design and project tools (such as AutoCAD, civil design software, and MS Project or similar planning tools).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality standards, with experience implementing HSE practices at construction sites.
