Role Description The Entrepreneur Services Intern is a full-time, remote role that supports early-stage companies throughout the Keiretsu Forum Northwest investment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with founders, collecting and organizing company information, and helping prepare materials for investor meetings and presentations. The intern assists with scheduling and coordinating online events, tracking company progress, updating databases and CRM records, and compiling reports for the entrepreneur services team.

This role may also involve basic research on market trends, competitor landscapes, and investor preferences, as well as supporting follow-up communications after pitch events.



The intern collaborates closely with staff and volunteers to ensure a smooth and professional experience for entrepreneurs and investors.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple entrepreneur and investor requests simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including skilled email etiquette and the ability to summarize company information concisely.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort learning CRM or database systems.
- Analytical and research abilities to review pitch materials, understand basic business models, and gather relevant market or industry data.
- Interest in startups, venture capital, angel investing, or entrepreneurship, with a willingness to learn investment and due diligence processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset when interacting with entrepreneurs and investor members.
- Preferred: coursework or experience in business, finance, entrepreneurship, or a related field; prior internship or project experience supporting startups or small businesses is a plus.
