You will work directly with the founders to take new business lines from idea to revenue. You will own a vertical end to end: market validation, business model, team, launch and scale. Strong performers can step into a business head or leadership role.
What You Will Do
- Identify, validate and build current business opportunities in the global mobility space
- Build business cases, unit economics and go-to-market plans
- Set up and lead lean cross-functional teams across sales, ops, product and marketing
- Develop partnerships with international employers, institutions and channel partners
- Drive launches, track KPIs and present progress to the founders
What We Are Looking For
- 4 to 8 years of experience, including founding a startup or building a 0 to 1 business line
- Strong commercial judgment and comfort with P&L; ownership
- High ownership, speed and comfort with ambiguity
- Experience in edtech, staffing, immigration, healthcare or cross-border businesses is a plus
- MBA preferred, not mandatory
