CentricaSoft is seeking an experienced Data Governance Lead who can work in close coordination with enterprise stakeholders and build an established federated governance framework.

Experience Required: 10–15 years overall, including 5+ years in Data Governance.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Robust experience in enterprise Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and federated governance models.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC, particularly Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC).
- Expertise in Data Cataloging, Business Glossary, Data Ownership, Stewardship, and Data Quality Governance.
- Experience in Data Discovery, Profiling, Data Lineage, and Critical Data Elements (CDE) identification.
- Ability to conduct stakeholder workshops,



define governance processes, and drive business accountability.
- Experience in PADO (Process–Application–Data–Ownership) mapping and domain-based governance implementation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
- Must be willing to travel to Muscat, Oman for short-term assignments on a need basis.
