Role Description The EPC Solar Project Head is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for end-to-end management of solar EPC projects from concept to commissioning. This position oversees project planning, engineering coordination, procurement, construction, and quality assurance to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional project teams, managing contractors and vendors, monitoring site progress, resolving technical and operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.

The role also involves preparing project reports, tracking key performance indicators, optimizing resource utilization, and collaborating with senior leadership on project strategy and risk mitigation.



The EPC Solar Project Head champions best practices in project execution and drives continuous improvement across all phases of solar projects.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret project data, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability in business planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and strategic project roadmap development.
- Knowledge of energy management principles, including efficiency optimization and performance monitoring for solar plants.
- Hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar power and familiarity with the broader energy industry landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil, or related field); advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
- Proven experience leading EPC solar projects, including site execution, contractor management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical functions.
- Proficiency with project management tools, MS Office, and basic design/documentation software relevant to solar EPC projects.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance, with a track record of implementing best practices on project sites.
