Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Consultant will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize ERP solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding business processes, gathering requirements, mapping workflows to ERP modules, and configuring and testing ERP systems to meet operational needs. The consultant will support ERP implementations across functions such as finance and operations,



coordinate data migration and system integrations, and provide user training and documentation.

The role also involves troubleshooting system issues, recommending improvements, and contributing to continuous enhancement of ERP-driven enterprise performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and hands-on experience with ERP implementations.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of business process analysis and optimization, with the ability to translate requirements into ERP workflows.
- Candidates should possess robust analytical skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and recommend effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of finance processes and ERP finance modules or related enterprise applications.
- Relevant experience with SAP or other major ERP platforms, including configuration and support, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in AI-driven or technology-focused environments and familiarity with integrations between ERP systems and other enterprise applications are a plus.
