About Shiksha Nation & FluentUpShiksha Nation is launching FluentUp, a new English Communication Training program designed to help young learners build confidence, improve spoken English, and develop effective communication skills.

We are looking for enthusiastic and proficient English Communication Trainers who are passionate about teaching and can help students strengthen their English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging English communication training sessions for students.
- Deliver demo classes to introduce the FluentUp program to prospective learners and their parents.
- Communicate effectively with parents and explain the program's learning objectives and benefits.
- Help students improve their spoken English, vocabulary, grammar, and overall communication skills.
- Use basic digital tools, smartphone applications, and websites to support training activities.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment for young learners.

Eligibility Criteria




- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution.
- Teaching Credentials: Solid scores in TOEFL, IELTS, or GRE, or relevant certifications such as TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to engage young learners.
- Subject Knowledge: Good command of English up to Grade 7.
- Digital Skills: Comfortable using smartphones, basic applications, and websites.
- Networking & Outreach: Willingness to conduct demo classes and interact with parents to promote the FluentUp program.
