Enforcement Specialist – Brand Protection (US Marketplaces)

Takedown works with brands to protect their online presence. We're a small team that moves fast and gives people real ownership.

The role

You'll protect the brands we work with from counterfeits, IP infringement and unauthorized sellers on US marketplaces. You'll find infringing listings and sellers, handle takedowns, and work with legal partners when a case needs to escalate. You'll report directly to me.

What you'll do

- Monitor US marketplaces and social platforms for counterfeits and unauthorized sellers, including Amazon.com, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Temu, TikTok Shop, Poshmark, Instagram and Facebook
- File and follow up on takedowns through Amazon Brand Registry, Walmart Brand Portal, eBay VeRO and other platform IP complaint processes
- Investigate repeat offenders: map seller networks, collect evidence and arrange test purchases
- Prepare cases for US legal partners, including cease-and-desist letters, DMCA notices and escalations
- Keep case records accurate and report results to brands (removals, recoveries, repeat offenders)
- Spot trends such as new platforms, seller tactics and product categories at risk, and recommend how to respond

What we're looking for

- 2+ years in brand protection, anti-counterfeiting,



IP enforcement or marketplace compliance, focused on US platforms
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Brand Registry and takedown processes on at least two other US marketplaces
- Working knowledge of US trademark and copyright basics (DMCA, trademark vs. copyright vs. design patent claims)
- Organized and persistent: you follow cases through to resolution
- Fluent written English

Nice to have

- Experience in fashion, apparel, luxury or consumer goods
- Experience with brand protection tools
- Experience with cross-border sellers (China-based sellers, dropshippers)
