Industry: Elevator
Experience: 4–15 Years
Qualification: Degree / Diploma / ITI
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and periodic elevator maintenance.
- Handle breakdown calls and troubleshoot independently.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure minimum downtime.
- Supervise maintenance activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure safety standards and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Mandatory hands-on experience in elevator service and maintenance.
- Robust knowledge of elevator drives, safety circuits and troubleshooting.
- Customer handling experience preferred.
- Experience in high-rise projects is an added advantage.
