Role Description The Electrician Foreman will oversee and coordinate all electrical works on construction sites in Udaipur, ensuring that installations and maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards. This full-time, on-site role involves supervising electrician teams, planning daily work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring progress to meet project timelines.

The Electrician

Foreman will interpret electrical drawings, manage installation of wiring, panels, lighting, and power systems, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.



The role includes inspecting completed work, maintaining tools and heavy electrical equipment, coordinating with site engineers and other trades, and preparing basic reports on work completed, material usage, and safety observations.

The Electrician

Foreman will also enforce safety protocols, support training of team members, and ensure efficient use of manpower and resources.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills to manage electrician teams, coordinate tasks, and maintain productivity and safety on site.
- Ability to work with and oversee heavy equipment and electrical tools commonly used in construction environments.
- Effective communication skills to interact with site engineers, project managers, vendors, and team members.
- Basic carpentry and related construction skills to collaborate with other trades and support integrated site activities.
- Maintenance skills for diagnosing electrical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring reliability of electrical systems and equipment.
- Proven experience as an Electrician Foreman or senior electrician in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices for construction sites.
- Relevant technical qualification or certification in electrical trade from a recognized institution.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction plans.
- Willingness to work on-site full time in Udaipur and adapt to changing project needs and schedules.
