We are Hiring for Electrical Inspection Engineer for Pune Location.

Responsibilities

- Perform vendor inspections, stage inspections, final inspections and pre-shipment inspections at supplier locations.
- Witness FAT, routine tests, functional tests and electrical verification activities as per approved QAP / ITP.
- Review drawings, datasheets, test reports, calibration certificates and manufacturing records.
- Verify compliance with applicable IEC, IS, IEEE standards, project specifications and client requirements.
- Evaluate testing results, inspection findings and technical documentation.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with objective observations and supporting evidence.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients and CQRA operations team for timely execution of assignments.
- Support vendor assessments, technical evaluations and quality surveillance activities.
- Maintain professional conduct, impartiality and compliance with CQRA procedures.

Qualifications

- Educational / Professional Qualification Required
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred
- Testing,



commissioning or inspection-related certifications preferred

Required Skills

- Knowledge of IEC, IS, IEEE and related electrical standards
- Industry Exposure Preferred:
- Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power Plants, EPC, Process/Chemical Plants, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, and Electrical Equipment Manufacturing.

Experience / Skills Required:

- Minimum 6 to 8 Years of experience in Electrical QA/QC, Vendor Inspection, Manufacturing Inspection or Third-Party Inspection
- Experience in power cables, transformers, switchgear, MCC panels, LT panels, control panels, motors, generators and electrical packages.
- Ability to review datasheets, drawings, SLDs, QAPs, ITPs and testing procedures.
- Experience in FAT witnessing, routine testing, type test review and documentation verification.
- Knowledge of electrical measuring instruments, calibration requirements and inspection methodologies.
- Positive technical reporting and client communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and overseas.
