Position: Education Outreach Coordinator

Location: BMU Skill Hub, Surat

Time : 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to manage field marketing, on-ground marketing activities, institutional outreach, and academic partnerships. The role involves organizing seminars, coordinating with school and college principals, conducting regular follow-ups, and promoting Skill Degree programs to expand institutional collaborations and student engagement across Surat and nearby cities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field marketing and on-ground marketing activities to promote Skill Degree programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with school and college principals, management, and institutional authorities.
- Identify potential institutions and establish partnerships for academic collaborations.
- Plan, organize, and execute seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate with principals and institutional representatives to schedule visits, seminars, and outreach activities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with principals and institutions to build strong relationships and convert collaboration opportunities.
- Visit schools, colleges,



and educational institutions across Surat and nearby cities.
- Promote academic programs and educational initiatives through presentations, meetings, and on-ground campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of seminars and marketing activities.
- Maintain records of institutional visits, contacts, follow-ups, and partnership progress.
- Achieve outreach and marketing targets while contributing to institutional growth and student enrollment.

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, on-ground marketing, business development, outreach, or academic coordination. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with principals and institutional authorities.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and marketing activities.
- Proactive, organized, target-oriented, and skilled in relationship building and follow-ups.
