Role Overview

We are seeking an execution-focused Senior Instructional Designer who can take complete, independent ownership of learning strategy, content architecture, and hands-on module development. The ideal candidate will move beyond traditional "run-of-the-mill" instructional design to build high-impact, AI-first learning pathways. You will act as the primary architect and executioner, translating complex functional domain requirements into streamlined, automated learning assets.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Content Architecture: Map out structural learning paths and role-based learning pathways independently, without reliance on a separate design team.
- AI-First Learning Design: Securely integrate advanced AI workflows (ideation, prompt library generation, automated design documentation, and concept clarity) into the core learning design cycle.
- Hands-on Development: Own the direct construction of highly interactive, responsive e-learning modules from storyboard to execution.
- Agile Framework Application: Apply core ID frameworks alongside lean workflow optimization practices (such as Kanban or process mapping concepts) to make design iterations fast and scalable.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

- Deep, fundamental grounding in core instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
- Proven hands-on experience utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, mid-level prompt engineering workflows) to speed up design and structure learning paths.
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate) to independently deliver scalable SCORM/xAPI packages.
- Strong ability to build out advanced,

- Preferred: Robust live classroom or virtual webinar facilitation skills.

Role 2: E-Learning Content Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled E-Learning Content Developer to drive the practical execution and deployment of digital learning solutions. This role is strictly for a hands-on developer who builds functional learning architectures and assets independently. You will utilize advanced authoring frameworks and rapid AI-assisted workflows to package, design, and deliver crisp digital learning media.

Key Responsibilities

- Asset Construction: Build and manage digital learning assets, interactive screens, and custom SCORM/xAPI compliant packages.
- AI-Enhanced Development: Leverage modern AI tools to streamline content generation, clean up multimedia storyboards, and accelerate asset production timelines.
- Platform Packaging: Take direct ownership of the platform mechanics, ensuring all modules flow smoothly, match design documentation, and track perfectly within learning systems.
- Independent Delivery: Move quickly through development sprints without requiring oversight or hand-holding from external graphic or instructional design teams.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

- Extensive experience with e-learning development suites (Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, or similar platforms).
- Solid understanding of structural text flow and how to technically configure learning mechanics.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI productivity tools to optimize development workflows, build template code/media fills, and execute tasks rapidly.
- Proven portfolio showing clean, modern, and highly interactive digital learning modules.
- Preferred: Background or familiarity with core instructional design concepts and virtual platform orchestration.
