About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head – E-commerce & Quick Commerce to lead and manage the company's complete online commerce business.

The candidate will be responsible for onboarding and managing the brand across quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, and other emerging platforms, along with traditional e-commerce marketplaces and our own website.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience in managing online sales channels, platform onboarding, catalogue management, pricing, inventory, order fulfilment, promotions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Quick Commerce Management

- Onboard and establish ZOLU across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, and other quick-commerce platforms.
- Manage platform relationships, commercial negotiations, commissions, and onboarding requirements.
- Understand quick-commerce business models, dark store operations, inventory placement, and fulfilment processes.
- Manage product listings, pricing, stock availability, and promotional campaigns.
- Drive sales, visibility, and brand growth across quick-commerce platforms.

E-commerce Marketplace Management

- Manage brand presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Handle seller registration, catalogue creation, product listings, and account management.
- Manage pricing, discounts, promotions, inventory, and order fulfilment.
- Monitor marketplace performance, ratings, reviews, and customer feedback.

3. Own Website & D2C Management

- Manage the company's official e-commerce website and direct-to-consumer sales channels.
- Coordinate with developers for website maintenance, improvements, and new features.
- Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Manage payment gateways, logistics integrations, and order management systems.

4. Business Growth & Operations

- Develop online sales strategies and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage product assortment, inventory planning, and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketing, and operations teams.
- Plan digital promotions, advertisements, and platform-specific campaigns.
- Track sales performance, profitability, returns, and customer acquisition costs.
- Prepare monthly business reports and growth strategies for management.

Candidate Requirements




- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and online business management.
- Proven experience managing quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or similar platforms.
- Practical knowledge of onboarding processes, commercial terms, commissions, inventory management, and platform operations.
- Experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or other online marketplaces.
- Understanding of D2C business models and website-based e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of catalogue management, pricing, promotions, order fulfilment, and online sales analytics.
- Experience in managing platform relationships and negotiating commercial terms.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.

Mandatory: Candidates must have hands-on experience in managing online commerce channels. Theoretical knowledge or digital marketing experience alone will not be sufficient. Preferred: Experience in fashion, apparel, innerwear, garments, FMCG, or consumer product categories.
