Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 support for Eagle STAR (Performance & Reporting) and Eagle PACE (Data Management) applications in an investment management environment. The role covers incident management, root cause analysis, data troubleshooting, release support and stakeholder communication in a production environment (about 70% of the role), along with Eagle STAR/PACE development work (about 30%).

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Support – L2/L3 (70%)

- Monitor, analyze and resolve production incidents within SLA.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and systemic issues.
- Provide functional and technical troubleshooting for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE.
- Support batch processing, job monitoring and data validation.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams.
- Support release deployments and post-implementation validation.
- Prepare documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.

Development (30%)

- Develop and enhance Eagle STAR and PACE components, including reports, data workflows and feeds.
- Write and tune Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code to support data analysis, fixes and enhancements.
- Test changes and support them through change management and production release processes.

Mandatory Skills – Must HaveExperience

- 6+ years of overall IT experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Eagle STAR and PACE support.
- Experience in an L2/L3 production support environment.

Technical Skills





- Strong hands-on experience with Eagle STAR (Performance, Reporting).
- Strong hands-on experience with Eagle PACE (data workflows, Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings).
- Oracle SQL / PL-SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with the Eagle Data Model.
- Job scheduling tools (Control-M or Autosys preferred).
- Understanding of SDLC, change management and production release processes.
- Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Jira).

Functional / Domain Expertise

- Investment Management / Asset Management domain knowledge.
- Understanding of security reference data.
- Understanding of pricing and corporate actions.
- Understanding of portfolio positions and transactions.
- Understanding of performance measurement concepts (TWR preferred).

Soft Skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines.
- Good communication with business users and portfolio management (PM) teams.
- Ability to work in an onshore/offshore model.

Nice to Have• Experience with FactSet or other performance systems.

- Exposure to Eagle Accounting.
- Experience in performance attribution environments.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates must have hands-on Eagle STAR/PACE support experience in a production workplace, and must be willing to work rotational shifts aligned to EST timings (pure night shift). Immediate joiners or candidates serving their notice period are preferred. The interview process is video-based with three levels.
