Role Description The Ecommerce Consultant will work full time in office in the Pune Division, supporting clients in optimizing their online sales and marketplace performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing e-commerce data, developing sales and growth strategies, and advising clients on best practices for Amazon and other online platforms. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to implement digital marketing initiatives, improving product listings, and optimizing pricing, promotions, and customer experience.

Consultant will also prepare performance reports,



communicate insights to clients, and recommend continuous improvements to drive revenue and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce metrics, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions.
- Consulting and E-Commerce expertise to advise clients on marketplace strategies, product optimization, and online growth.
- Effective Communication skills to present recommendations clearly, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain professional client relationships.
- Sales acumen to understand conversion funnels, upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and revenue optimization.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms, including listing management and performance tracking.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, paid search, social media, and email campaigns.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple client accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce are an advantage.
