About the Role

Ditansource is looking for a results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to manage and optimize Amazon US (Amazon.com) and Etsy seller accounts. The selected candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, product listing optimization, advertising campaigns, account health, and sales growth.

This role is suitable for a proactive professional who can independently manage marketplace accounts, identify growth opportunities, resolve operational issues, and improve overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Amazon US and Etsy seller accounts.

Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, tags, and images.

Conduct keyword research and implement marketplace SEO strategies.

Manage Amazon PPC and Etsy advertising campaigns.

Monitor inventory, orders, sales performance, and account health.

Resolve listing issues, policy violations, and compliance concerns.





Analyze sales reports, ACOS, and ROAS to improve advertising performance.

Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for business growth.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

Provide regular updates to clients regarding account performance and progress.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, preferably Amazon US.

Etsy account management experience is highly preferred.

Knowledge of product listing optimization, marketplace SEO, and keyword research.

Understanding of PPC campaigns, ACOS, and ROAS.

Knowledge of inventory management and marketplace policies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.
