Role Description The Documentation Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other compliance-related papers.

The Documentation

Executive will coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external agencies to ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to export regulations and procedures. Daily tasks include maintaining organized records, updating documentation systems, tracking shipments,



and resolving documentation discrepancies or queries. The role also involves transparent communication with stakeholders and proactive follow-up to support smooth export operations.

Qualifications
