Investing is complex. Financial products come with dense information, unfamiliar terminology, multiple steps, and decisions that can have a real impact on people’s lives.

If you enjoy simplifying complexity, questioning assumptions, and designing products that help people make better-informed financial decisions, this role is for you.

What you’ll do-

? Design end-to-end investing journeys: Own experiences across investment discovery, onboarding, account setup, funding, investing, portfolio tracking, and transaction management.

? Make complex financial concepts straightforward: Translate investment products, financial calculations, fees, risk disclosures, tax considerations, and transaction states into clear, accessible experiences.

? Understand users deeply: Conduct user interviews, usability tests, competitive research, and journey mapping to uncover friction points and validate design decisions.

? Own the design process end to end: Turn ambiguous problems into user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished, production-ready interfaces.

? Collaborate to ship: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to turn ideas into effective, buildable solutions. Stay involved through implementation and design QA.

? Build consistency at scale: Contribute to our design system, reusable components,



interaction patterns, and design principles across web and mobile experiences.

What we’re looking for-

✅ 7+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products.

✅ Strong fundamentals in user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.

✅ Proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, reusable components, and design systems.

✅ The ability to simplify information-dense interfaces without losing important details or context.

✅ A strong understanding of user research and usability testing, with the ability to turn findings into actionable design decisions.

✅ Attention to detail and the ability to think beyond the happy path and anticipate user questions, confusion, errors, and edge cases.

✅ Strong collaboration and communication skills. You can explain the reasoning behind your design decisions and work constructively with product and engineering teams

✅ An ownership mindset. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, take initiative, and can move from a loosely defined problem to a thoughtful, testable solution.

Bonus points if you have experience designing fintech, investing, wealth management, banking, payments, or other complex, data-heavy products.
