Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall strategy and operations of ZenAcademy.
- Develop professional certification and training programmes.
- Establish partnerships with universities, institutions and industry organisations.
- Build a network of trainers, mentors and subject-matter experts.
- Drive student acquisition, marketing and business development.
- Develop corporate training and executive education programmes.




- Take ownership of revenue generation and business growth.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in EdTech, education, professional training or institutional management.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and business development capabilities.
- Knowledge of ESG, Sustainability, Climate Change or Carbon Markets is an advantage.
- Ability to build partnerships and lead an independent business vertical.
- Passion for building and scaling an education venture.
