The Director of Delivery – Solution Delivery Leadership is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad having 15+years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end solution delivery for customer engagements — from requirement scoping through implementation and adoption

•Lead digital transformation delivery roadmaps across engagements,



driving CAPEX/OPEX efficiency and measurable growth outcomes

•Establish delivery governance frameworks — steering committees, digital envisioning workshops, stakeholder alignment

•Oversee large-scale platform implementations (e.g. IIoT/digital platform rollouts across multiple sites)

•Own senior client stakeholder communication (CEO/SVP level), ensuring transparency on delivery status and expectations

•Build and mentor cross-functional delivery teams — business analysts, platform developers, engagement leads

Qualifications

•~10 years leading digital transformation delivery across Energy, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or FMCG

•Proven track record owning end-to-end delivery roadmaps and governance frameworks for enterprise clients

•Experience delivering IoT/digital platform solutions at scale (multi-site rollouts)

•Strong CAPEX/OPEX and cost-optimization orientation

•Excellent senior stakeholder management (CEO/VP level)

PGDM/MBA and B.Tech with consulting/client-facing delivery background preferred
