Role Description The Director – AI Growth & Partnerships is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading Cehpoint’s AI-driven growth initiatives and strategic partnerships across e-learning, IT solutions, and cybersecurity. This role oversees the development and execution of AI strategies that enhance products, services, and customer experiences, while aligning with business objectives and market opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating AI use cases, collaborating with technical teams to design and deploy solutions, and building data-driven frameworks for performance measurement and optimization.





The Director will cultivate and manage relationships with technology partners, clients, and industry stakeholders to expand Cehpoint’s AI ecosystem and joint offerings. The role also involves monitoring emerging AI trends, guiding internal teams on best practices, and ensuring ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI tech nologies.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, with the ability to understand and guide AI and cybersecurity-focused technical solutions.
- Expertise in Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition to design, evaluate, and scale intelligent systems and analytic models.
- Applied experience in Data Science and Analytics for data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and business insights.
- Proven track record in building strategic partnerships, business development, or product-led growth in technology or cybersecurity domains.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, product managers, and sales or marketing professionals.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, cloud environments, and compliance frameworks relevant to AI and data-intensive solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
