Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and technology-driven Digital Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage B2B client relationships, supervise customer support functions, and streamline workflows across teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with digital marketing agencies or digital services companies, managing B2B clients, leading customer support teams, and implementing technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Important Location Requirement: The position requires permanent relocation to Ahmedabad. Candidates currently based in Kolkata who are willing to relocate permanently to Ahmedabad should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and streamline day-to-day digital operations, workflows, and business processes.
- Manage B2B client relationships, client communication, and service delivery.
- Oversee client onboarding, requirement gathering, project timelines, and escalations.
- Lead and supervise the customer support department to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with digital marketing, sales, technical, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor team productivity, operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Implement and optimize CRM platforms, workflow automation tools, and technology-driven processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective process improvements.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and improve operational processes.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teams to achieve business objectives and operational targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:





- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience in digital operations, business operations, or digital services management.
- Proven experience managing operations within a digital marketing agency or digital services company.
- Strong expertise in B2B client management, client servicing, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience leading customer support, client servicing, or operations teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, workflow automation, digital tools, and technology-based business processes.
- Excellent leadership, team management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, deadlines, and client requirements simultaneously.
- Experience tracking KPIs, SLAs, team productivity, and operational performance.
- Ability to leverage technology to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance team productivity.
- Strong analytical skills and experience preparing operational reports for management.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Candidates must have 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, digital services company, or technology-driven business is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in B2B client management and customer support operations is required.
- Candidates must be comfortable working with modern digital platforms and business technologies.
- Must be willing to work full-time, in office in Ahmedabad.
- Candidates currently based in Kolkata only are eligible to apply.
- Willingness to relocate permanently from Kolkata to Ahmedabad is mandatory.
