About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our HumanCloud Staffing Marketplace Platform. You will lead LinkedIn and B2B marketing efforts to generate high-quality leads, strengthen brand presence, and drive meaningful engagement within the HR and staffing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute high-performing LinkedIn marketing campaigns and complementary digital initiatives.
- Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn page and executive leadership profiles to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Build and maintain the company’s brand and employer branding across digital platforms with a consistent voice and visual identity.
- Generate B2B leads through strategic LinkedIn outreach, targeted content campaigns, and lead-nurturing workflows.
- Create compelling, platform-optimized content—including posts, articles, case studies, and employer branding assets.
- Leverage AI tools and marketing automation platforms to scale content production and personalize lead engagement.
- Support email marketing campaigns and other digital initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights through regular reports.
- Partner closely with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing strategies with business development goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and B2B marketing.
- Proven track record in brand positioning and employer branding initiatives.
- Exceptional content development and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, or similar) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Digital marketing certification from recognized platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Academy, Meta Blueprint).
- Experience in B2B lead generation with measurable outcomes (e.g., lead volume, conversion rate, pipeline contribution).
- Familiarity with the staffing, recruitment, or HR tech industry.
