Are you passionate about digital marketing, performance campaigns, and lead generation? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and improve campaign performance through continuous optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare performance reports.
- Track conversions and campaign data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.




- Optimize advertising budgets to improve ROI and cost per lead (CPL).
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives and marketing content.
- Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign results.

Requirements✅ 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

✅ Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

✅ Strong understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization.

✅ Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting.

✅ Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

✅ Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

✅ Robust communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
