1. E-commerce and Quick Commerce Specialist

: Manage product listings and daily operations across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Manage listings, product descriptions, images, keywords and pricing.
- Coordinate inventory, order fulfilment and promotional offers.
- Resolve listing issues and follow up with platform support teams.
- Monitor sales, returns and platform performance to identify improvements.

2. Ad Strategist

: Plan and optimise paid advertising campaigns to support brand awareness, customer acquisition and sales.

Responsibilities:

- Develop campaign strategies, audience plans and budget allocations.
- Manage campaigns across relevant advertising platforms.
- Work with content and design teams on ad concepts and creative testing.
- Coordinate conversion tracking and report on campaign performance.
- Improve results by analysing conversions, acquisition costs and return on ad spend.

Requirement: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

3. Videographer and Video Editor

: Shoot and edit engaging videos for product promotions, social media and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities:

- Plan shoots, shot lists and production requirements.
- Handle camera equipment, lighting and audio recording.
- Edit footage with suitable pacing, colour correction, subtitles and sound.
- Adapt videos for Reels, Stories, advertisements and other formats.




- Organise footage and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Requirement: Practical skills in both shooting and editing. Share a portfolio or showreel.

4. Graphic Designer

: Create transparent, engaging designs that strengthen Femi9’s visual identity across digital and print materials.

Responsibilities:

- Design social media creatives, advertisements and website banners.
- Create marketplace listing images and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colours and brand presentation.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop creative concepts.
- Prepare final files in the required sizes and formats.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Adobe Photoshop proficiency is mandatory. Share your design portfolio.

5. Telecalling Executive

: Handle customer conversations, explain products and support timely follow-up on enquiries.

Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming enquiries and make assigned outbound calls.
- Explain product information and offers accurately.
- Record customer details, feedback and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with sales and support teams to resolve queries.
- Maintain professional communication and accurate call records.

6. AI Video Creator

: Use AI creative tools and video editing skills to produce engaging brand and promotional videos.

Responsibilities:

- Develop video concepts, scripts and storyboards.
- Create and refine AI-generated visuals and video sequences.
- Edit videos with suitable audio, subtitles and transitions.
- Check product accuracy, visual consistency and output quality.
- Explore creative tools and techniques to improve production.

7. Content Creator and Writer

: Develop relatable, well-researched content for Femi9’s digital channels and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Write social media captions, blogs, website copy and product descriptions.
- Develop scripts and concepts for videos and campaigns.
- Research audience needs and relevant topics.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and proofread all content.
- Collaborate with SEO, design and video teams.

Requirement: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Share writing samples or a portfolio.
