Role Description

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Silk & Iron, you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Nagpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.





Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with social media content creation, graphic design, content scheduling, client coordination, and engagement monitoring. You will contribute ideas for brand-aligned campaigns, conduct online research on industry trends and competitors, and assist with basic website and campaign analytics. You will also help track performance metrics, prepare reports, and collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of social media marketing, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Skills in graphic design and familiarity with design tools are preferred.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and work in a hybrid setup in Nagpur.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics dashboards is an advantage.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
