Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing activities to strengthen Mhatre Hitech’s brand visibility and lead generation efforts. This full-time, in office role is based in Chakan and involves assisting with social media content creation, campaign scheduling, and community engagement across relevant platforms. The intern will help monitor and report on performance using web analytics tools, contribute to website and online catalog updates, and coordinate with the sales and operations teams to align messaging with business objectives.

Day-to-day tasks include basic content creation, tracking metrics,



researching industry trends, and providing administrative support for digital campaigns while learning and applying best practices in B2B industrial marketing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for managing posts, campaigns, and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics for monitoring performance, generating reports, and optimizing campaigns.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear collaboration and professional customer-facing content.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, or similar) and an interest in B2B or industrial marketing.
- Relevant coursework or training in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, or related fields is beneficial; prior internship or project experience in digital marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chakan, manage multiple tasks, learn quickly, and maintain a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
