Type: Full-time | 10 AM – 7 PM (1-hour break)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Who we are

We’re OxyExhaustService.com, a growing exhaust and ventilation service brand. We’re looking for someone who loves turning ad budgets into real customers and wants to own the growth of a business, not just run campaigns.

What you’ll do

- Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads to bring in quality leads at the lowest cost
- Set up tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API
- Test audiences, creatives, and ad copy to improve results
- Build retargeting campaigns and improve landing page conversions
- Track ROAS, CPL, and CTR, and share clear weekly performance reports

What we’re looking for





- Hands-on experience in advanced performance marketing
- Robust understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion tracking
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Business Profile
- Analytical mindset and good communication in English and Hindi
- 1-3 years of experience
