Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will work full time in office at Industry Ready Academy’s Bhubaneswar location, supporting the planning and execution of online marketing initiatives. This role involves managing social media channels, developing engaging digital content, and coordinating campaigns to build brand awareness and drive lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring web and social analytics, optimizing content and campaigns based on performance data,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will also assist with email marketing, website updates, and the development of marketing collateral aligned with the academy’s goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Marketing skills, including paid campaign planning and brand positioning.
- Effective Communication skills for creating clear messages and collaborating with teams.
- Social Media Marketing experience in managing platforms, content calendars, and audience engagement.
- Web Content Writing skills for creating website copy, blogs, and other digital assets.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Exp in google and meta ads run campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
