Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a DevOps Engineer supporting India’s Future Investors’ digital platforms and production technology. The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure for applications, streaming services, and internal tools. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining CI pipelines, automating deployments, managing cloud environments, and monitoring system performance and reliability.

The role involves collaborating with software developers, product teams, and media production stakeholders to ensure smooth releases and high availability during live and recorded events. The DevOps Engineer will also contribute to security best practices, incident response,



and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar, and experience automating environment provisioning.
- Software Development experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScript) and ability to build tooling and scripts for automation.
- Hands-on Continuous Integration and delivery (CI/CD) experience using platforms like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.
- System Administration and Linux skills, including server configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in cloud or hybrid environments.
- Experience with major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch) and a proactive approach to reliability and uptime.
- Understanding of security best practices in DevOps, including secrets management, access control, and secure deployment pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate in cross-functional remote teams, and comfort working in a fast-paced, media-focused environment.
