Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role based in Hyderabad, India.

The Design

Engineer will develop and refine engineering designs for access, scaffolding, formwork & shoring and related structural solutions, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing CAD models and drawings, performing engineering calculations, and collaborating with project managers, field teams, and other engineers to support bids and active projects.

Qualifications





- 3+ years of relevant experience in the design and engineering of formwork, scaffolding and shoring systems (6+ years for Senior Engineers).
- Strong understanding of temporary works design, structural analysis and load calculations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, including 3D modelling.
- Ability to perform structural calculations, stability checks and design verifications as per applicable Indian and international standards.
- Experience in preparing design drawings, technical submissions, design reports and material specifications.
- Ability to interpret project requirements, engineering drawings and site conditions to develop protected, practical and cost-effective design solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with global engineering teams and international stakeholders.
