Role Description The Design Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role involves designing and developing industrial parts washer systems, including custom and standard equipment, from concept through detailed engineering and release for manufacturing. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating CAD models and drawings, performing mechanical and basic electrical design calculations, selecting components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and sales.

The Design

Engineer will support prototyping and testing, prepare technical documentation,



and help implement design improvements based on performance data and customer feedback. The role also includes ensuring compliance with relevant standards, optimizing designs for manufacturability, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to develop practical, robust solutions for industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling, drafting, and preparing manufacturing drawings.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to machinery design and integration of electrical components.
- Experience in Product Design, including concept development, design iteration, and collaboration from prototype to production.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and customer requirements, with robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
- Familiarity with industrial machinery, manufacturing processes, and safety standards; experience in washers or similar equipment is an advantage.
