Role Description The Design Architect will work in a full-time capacity, contributing to the concept development, detailed design, and coordination of architectural projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design drawings and presentations, developing functional spatial layouts, and refining design details in line with client requirements and regulatory guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with senior architects, designers, and engineers, as well as participation in design reviews and coordination meetings.

The Design

Architect will conduct site studies and research,



support the preparation of construction documentation, and ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture, including design principles, building systems, and space planning.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for drafting, detailing, and design documentation.
- Ability in Graphic Design and Graphics for visual presentations, diagrams, and client-facing materials.
- Research skills to analyze site context, materials, codes, and emerging design trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and standards in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills in a studio environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience with 3D modeling and visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an architecture firm, particularly in urban or high-rise projects, is preferred.
