Role Description The Design Architect will work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, collaborating with project teams to develop concepts and detailed architectural designs.

Responsibilities include preparing and refining construction drawings, coordinating design intent with consultants, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards. The role involves participating in design reviews, client meetings, and internal presentations to communicate ideas clearly and respond to feedback.

The Design

Architect will support design management activities, such as tracking design changes, maintaining documentation,



and aligning project deliverables with schedules. Day-to-day tasks also include researching materials and technologies, contributing to quality control of drawings, and working closely with senior architects to translate design visions into buildable solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience in concept development and detailed design.
- Candidates should possess Design Management skills to coordinate design processes, manage revisions, and support project delivery.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Construction Drawings, including preparation of plans, sections, elevations, and technical details.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- A professional degree in Architecture from a recognized institution is preferred, along with knowledge of local building regulations and standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines in a studio environment.
