About the Opportunity

At Parksons Cartamundi, we are looking for an energetic, mature and business-oriented finance leader to head our factory Finance & Accounts function, drive financial excellence and partner with Operations to strengthen profitability and performance.

This is an opportunity to go beyond traditional finance, lead a dedicated team, work closely with senior leadership in India and at Cartamundi's global headquarters in Belgium, and contribute to the organisation’s long-term growth.

Key Focus Areas

- Plant Finance Leadership: Accounting, financial reporting, MIS and internal controls.
- Costing & Profitability:



Product costing, margin analysis, cost optimisation and inventory management.
- GST & Statutory Compliance: GST filings, taxation, reconciliations, regulatory compliance and audits.
- Budgeting & Financial Planning: Budgetary controls, variance analysis, expenditure management and Capex.
- ERP & Team Development: ERP systems, process improvements, cross-functional coordination and team leadership.

Who Should Apply?

- CA / CMA with 15–20 years of post-qualification experience.
- Manufacturing experience is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in plant finance, accounting, costing, GST and financial controls.
- Excellent communication skills — listening, verbal and written — with sound judgement and mature thinking.
- A stable career track record, strong ownership and a long-term career mindset.
