ABOUT HUMYN LABS

Humyn Labs builds the intelligence layer for physical-world AI. We convert human action — sight, sound, movement, touch — into training-grade multimodal data for embodied AI, captured across 20+ countries in the real environments where physical AI actually deploys, not the labs where it is built.

Our egocentric corpus ships to robotics and world-model teams as labeled data: 6-DoF head pose, metric 3D hand keypoints, depth, object tracks. The labels are the product. Their accuracy is the company.

The role

Keep our egocentric data collection and annotation pipelines running, from hardware to annotated data. Your work directly supports the training of humanoids that learn from humans in real-world environments.

What you'll do

- Hardware

– Source, ship and track recording devices

– Run daily hardware inventory reconciliation and own daily collection KPIs for hardware

– Support the buildout of an international hardware supply chain with global partners

- Vendors: Work closely with collection and annotation vendors. Build strategic partnerships and manage every stage, from onboarding to invoicing.
- Annotation: Coordinate internal and external annotators on throughput and accuracy.
- Stakeholders: Keep internal teams and external partners informed with clear, regular updates. Set realistic expectations upfront and own your deliverables end to end.

What success looks like

By month 2, you own either:
- The end-to-end hardware supply chain, or
- An end-to-end collection sprint for frontier labs

You are

- A final-year student or recent grad, any discipline
- Fluent in English and Hindi (+ a regional language)




- A natural negotiator who follows up relentlessly
- Organised, spreadsheet-native and comfortable with ambiguity
- Ready to travel and work on-site

Bonus: Experience in ops, procurement, logistics or annotation.
