Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Management Specialist, located in Rajkot and intended for local candidates. The role involves managing and organizing large volumes of financial and operational data, with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel usage for data analysis, reporting, and automation. Daily responsibilities include maintaining databases and spreadsheets, cleaning and validating data, preparing MIS reports and dashboards, and generating insights to support lending and business decisions.

The specialist will collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency,



and timely availability for audits and internal reviews. The role also includes creating and improving templates, formats, and workflows to enhance data efficiency, documentation, and compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, data validation, conditional formatting, basic macros).
- Experience in data management, including data entry, data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and maintaining structured databases or spreadsheets.
- Ability to develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for management review.
- Good analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Basic understanding of NBFC operations, asset finance, or financial services processes is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP or financial software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Data/Computer Science, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information responsibly.
