Role Description The Data Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare-related data from various sources, and preparing it for analysis and reporting.

The Data

Analyst will build and maintain data models, generate dashboards and reports, and identify trends and patterns that support decision-making for patients and partner providers. Day-to-day tasks include performing statistical analysis, validating data accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to interpret results, and presenting insights in a clear and actionable format.



The role also involves supporting the development of new analytical solutions and continuously improving existing data processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Statistics to design analyses, validate findings, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience with Data Modeling to structure data for reporting, forecasting, and advanced analysis.
- Effective Communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with data tools and languages (such as Excel, SQL, Python or R, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau).
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to data quality and integrity.
- Experience with healthcare data or international markets is an advantage.
