Monastic Media is a D2C performance marketing and e-commerce agency in Piplod, Surat. We make ad videos and run Meta and Google ads for D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands: ₹110 Cr+ in ad spend managed, ₹440 Cr+ in revenue created for 250+ brands, 5+ years.

As our D2C UGC Shoot Coordinator (Brand Manager) you run UGC (user-generated content) shoots for our D2C client brands from brief to footage. You agree with each brand what its batch of videos needs, find and book creators, plan the shoot day with our cinematographer, send call sheets, and run the set so every script is shot on time. After the shoot you work with our video editors and keep the client updated until the videos are approved and ready for our media buying team.

Full-time in our office in Piplod, Surat, working with the founder, the UGC team, cinematographers, scriptwriters and video editors. Interviews are in person at our office.

What we offer: a full-time role running shoots for many D2C brands every month, our studio and shoot kit in Piplod, and learning straight from the founder and the team that runs our clients' Meta and Google ads.

What you will do

- Be each brand's main point of contact for its UGC videos




- Find creators on Instagram, reach out, agree rates and book them
- Plan shoots with the cinematographer: dates, locations, props, products and the shot list
- Send call sheets to creators, the crew and the brand before every shoot
- Run the set on shoot day so every script is shot on time
- Work with scriptwriters and video editors until the client approves the videos
- Keep shoots and deliveries on schedule across several brands at once

What we are looking for

- 1+ year in an agency, brand or production role managing clients, creators or shoots
- Shoot planning: schedules, call sheets and on-set management
- Clear, confident communication with clients and creators in English, Hindi and Gujarati
- Organised: you can run several brands and deadlines at once
- Full time in our office in Piplod, Surat

Nice to have

- UGC or ad video production for D2C brands
- A basic sense of Meta ads and what makes an ad work
- Google Sheets, Notion or Slack for planning
