Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in ERP implementation and support. The candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes, the ability to gather and analyse client requirements, and expertise in translating business needs into effective Business Central solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and support projects.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements from clients.
- Prepare project documentation, including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Design Documents (FDD), Functional Testing Documents and User Manuals.
- Configure Business Central solutions to meet business requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct functional testing of standard and customized system functionalities.
- Deliver product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs and user training sessions.




- Design business solutions and recommend process improvements using Business Central capabilities.
- Provide functional support during implementation, go-live and post-implementation phases.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure successful delivery of customizations and integrations.
- Manage client communications effectively and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing and Project Management.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional system requirements.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end ERP implementation project at a domestic or international level.
- Experience working with domestic clients is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as and when required.
- Readiness to adhere to the organization’s service commitment requirements.
